These are the positions available at the moment only in Mumbai:

We are looking at young and Dynamic Self Starter individuals who will be a part of our Business Development Team.

Purpose of the Role:

The person will be responsible for on-boarding and managing of campaigns along with managing new and existing partnerships.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Play an active role to support Business Development Function to ensure the growth of the Start up.
  • On board new NGO's/Corporates/Social Enterprises and help them to create campaigns and identify attractive programs for Fund Raising.
  • Set-up partnership for Online and Offline Events.
  • Identify and get in touch with the potential partners and campaigners.
  • Cold Calling to the potential prospect and thereby generate leads for the same.
  • Identify and give presentation to the existing and new customers.
  • Conduct research, surveys , on-site visit and do competitive analysis.
  • Participate in efforts to increase the number of campaign creators.
  • Organize and attend meetings with NGO’s /Non-Profits/Corporates/Social Enterprise to provide guidance to make campaign successful.
  • Handle external and internal communications and facilitate legal and licensing agreements with partners as needed.
  • Relationship building with the NGO's on board and new NGO's.
  • Retention of the NGO's.
  • Client Servicing.

The candidate will act as an Account Manager/Campaign Manager to the respective NGO’s assigned to them. The candidate will guide the NGO throughout their Fundariasing Campaign starting from building campaign for them till the amount received to the NGO’s after completion of the Campaign.

An ideal candidate should have

  • Min 1-2 years of work experience in Sales preferably social Sector into Fundraising.
  • Candidate should be self driven and have the ability to deliver numbers.
  • Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Have good presentation skills and be able to convince potential clients.
  • Graduate of any discipline. Preferable MBA or MA in Social Entrepreneurship/Social Work.
  • Prior working in Social Sector as Fundraising Manager will be preferable.
  • Strong written and oral skills.
  • Ability to research on campaigns and work under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding and experience in campaigning through internet mobilization, emails, engagement driven activities etc.
  • An aptitude to work with a technology driven set up with a deep understanding of contributor/campaigner analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Research Skills

  • He or She should be having solid understanding of Media Research and should be able to utilize as a part of decision making process- as planning support to the Marketing tea.
  • He or She is expected to provide sophisticated matrices, research and recommendations that drive tactical media recommendations.

Buying Skills

  • He or She is responsible for providing media reporting and analysis, perspective, strategy, planning, execution (buying) and post buy reviews.
  • He or She should be having firm understanding of goals and objectives of Ketto and is active in day to day management of plans execution. Understands Ketto’s budgets and program elements.
  • Addresses any issues encountered along with the way with Media Vendors. Can handle Vendor issues independently, discrepancies/reconciliation, rate problems etc. He or She demonstrates initiatives and independently handles buying.
  • Drives Creative thinking, presents unique opportunities, works proactively. He or She is expected to stay abreast of new Media trends and up to date on Software upgrades/enhancements.
  • Seeks innovative and creative ways to utilize media, is reading on the industry resources, following trends on Social Channels like Face Book, Twitter etc.

Negotiating Skills

  • Strong negotiator
  • Well-read and sourcing new ways to negotiate

Planning Skills

  • He or She should have developed skills in writing objectives, strategist and tactics- is recognizing the need for measurement and reporting against the successes/weakness.
  • He or She has a solid understanding of Audience profiles building sophisticated profiles, media consumption habits-is seeking out knowledge in online/non-traditional or trends occurring in any one media type, competitive analysis- Easily navigates reports and provides impactful takeaways.
  • Seeks out alternative media types/solutions (innovation) and presenting Point of View with or without much supervision (independent abilities).

Other

  • Develops and maintains a comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic across all brands and products.
  • Leads the development of organization-wide social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement for social media.
  • Defines key performance indicators and implements enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success.

Knowledge & Skills

Minimum 2 years+ experience in Media Buying in E-commerce industry

  • Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation and optimizations.
  • He or She should be passionate and articulate and can craft a compelling case/recommendations.
  • He or She understands how digital fits in the overall client marketing/media strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to Ketto Business objectives, providing basis for measurements of the digital activities.
  • Proficient in using standard online media research and planning tools.
  • Exceptionally strong organization and communication skills. Works closely with the internal and external teams
